Who’s who of the world 2022

Paul Infante Monozca

Paul Infante Monozca An embodiment of compassion. Globe Linkedin-in As rightly said by Wilferd Peterson, “Love is down to earth and it reaches to the highest star; it is the valley of humility and the mountaintop of ecstasy.” The saying goes well for the globally recognized philanthropist who has proven his worth in being the people’s person. He sealed his fate when he created the world’s first cross border ATM network, “this was my first foray in global business whereby it brought down the cost of transmittals and remittances worldwide and enabled SMEs and micro-businesses to go global”. Before he could realize it, he was already on his way to setting benchmarks for people his age. Paul’s inclination towards being a creative visionary not only paid off but benefitted more so in the areas where it can provide more impact in the lives of humanity itself. Belonging to a family of 3 generations of doctors, Paul had a mindset of providing equal opportunity to the marginalized. Moreover, he inculcated the attitude of developing good relationships with people from the ground up. He talks about the major transition phase of his life during his teens, as the implementation of a land reform program came in his birth country in the Philippines, followed by his father’s demise. The two incidents not only affected him emotionally but made him more independent at an early age. Gifted with an exceptional mind and a tenacious mindset, he started by creating a transport business to serve a growing tourism boom in the central Philippines. Later, his passion and vision led Paul to collaborate in the area of venture philanthropy, assisting small & medium enterprises (SMEs) and micro-businesses, developing sustainable A.I. and technology solutions and creating marine reserves to replenish coral reefs and fish stocks to strengthen the supply chain and to cushion the impact of “Singularity”. “It all evolved from the passion to just make a difference in this world, have persistency with a good heart and a passion to respect people from all walks of life.” Paul’s unquenchable thirst to go higher and higher resulted in his consistent contribution to his family office and his company’s increasing recognition worldwide. He thrives on providing the answers to problems our world faces today and in the future. “To have the first-mover advantage, to be a pioneer in an industry and to see revenues/profits build more impact in the lives of many continually challenges me,” he adds. Challenges get to everyone! Having said that, Paul has also dealt with hard times. “Remaining focused is a key challenge always to balance professional and personal life. In both instances, you will have to deal with problems which are more likely to create hindrances, but to assist others to cope with their difficulties is what is needed to achieve contentment in life as it is a cycle,” he exclaims. Grounded leaders make being an entrepreneur sound like an enthralling responsibility. Paul has justified it all through his journey and still is creating visions beyond our horizons and making it a reality. His current focus has been participating in a privatesector led “Universal Basic Income” (UBI) platform which provides a cushion for job losses due to the advent of “Singularity”. This private sector-led UBI platform participated in by a consortium of family offices, also runs on a unique Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) algorithm which  enables the preservation of the historical identity of humanity by preserving a “Continuity of Conscience” (COC) protocol together with transitioning assets and natural resources valuable to humanity using the blockchain and the digital assets space. It extends to applications for use in banking & finance, security & defence and space exploration & travel. Moreover, this initiative has enabled expenditure to sustain itself with selected basic goods and services and thus prevented closures of micro and home-based businesses which is the backbone of humanity. Now the prime mover of a digital assets bank for humanity, he has been recognized multiple times as a visionary wherein countries like France, Switzerland, Germany, UAE and the United States have featured him as a world leader in addressing “Singularity” and as a philanthrocapitalist. He continually receives speaking invitations to speak about the topic of “Singularity” and to advocate the necessary local and global policies which humanity needs to protect itself from this unprecedented event. Summing up, Paul shares his mantra of success with us, he goes on, “listen to the world around you and it will make you realize what you are capable of doing to make a difference in our world.”

With a trailblazing career as an executive leadership coach and an author, Marshall Goldsmith is the pathfinder to many who aspire and endeavour to live their life unbound by regrets and hunger to grow evermore. A pioneering leadership coach who shows people to live life in the best possible way and not according to someone else’s life version. Mr. Goldsmith has his sights set and targets up there to be achieved. He exclaims “I want to help successful people achieve positive, lasting changes in behaviour; for themselves, their people, and their teams. I want to help you make your life a little better.” Born and brought up in Valley Station, Kentucky, Goldsmith earned a degree in mathematical economics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana in 1970. His magnum opus, ‘The Earned Life’, which happens to be his latest work is all about the choices, risks, and efforts that people make in their life in each moment and how they align with an overarching purpose in their lives. The acclaimed leadership coach Marshall Goldsmith offers an alternative and better approach towards fulfilment that goes against everything that people have been taught about achievement. Goldsmith draws inspiration from Buddhism and reveals that the key to living the ‘earned life’ should require one to eliminate regrets and connect the habit of earning rewards towards something greater than personal successes. He is vocal about the Great Western Disease of “I’ll be happy when..”. Short-term achievements are evanescent and so the book teaches valuing the future over one’s present. Weighing up the opportunities and risks properly, honing a person’s ‘one-trick genius’ and needing to earn credibility twice are some agglomerated clusters of teachings that the book is brimming with. The book “The Earned Life’ is a veracious and resolute layout for ambitious people who seek a higher purpose in life, derived directly from Goldsmith’s golden career as a coach. Some other works include:- ‘Mojo: How to Get It, How to Keep It, How to Get It Back If You Lose It’, ‘Triggers: Sparking Positive Change and Making it Last’ etc. Amazon recently recognized the ‘100 Best Leadership & Success Books Ever Written’ – and included Marshall’s Triggers and What Got You Here Won’t Get You There. He is the only living author with two books on the list. From 1976 to 1980, Goldsmith was an assistant professor and then associate dean at Loyola Marymount University’s College of Business. At Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business, Marshall served as a professor of management practice. In 1977, he entered the field of management education after meeting Paul Hersey, and Goldsmith later cofounded the management education firm Keilty, Goldsmith and Company. Marshall Goldsmith later became a founding partner of the executive coaching group: Marshall Goldsmith Group. Throughout Marshall’s career, he has worked with CEOs from over 200 companies. His work has been excerpted in The New Yorker in an article titled ‘The Better Boss’ and as well in the Atlantic by John Dickerson under the title ‘The Questions That Will Get Me Through The Pandemic.’

Lotta Spjut

Lotta Spjut Global ‘Guru’ of Digital Entrepreneurship Instagram Linkedin-in Smart, Sharp, and Skilled – Lotta Spjut stumbled upon her ‘calling’ quite by accident. One day in a mall, a woman stopped her and complimented her on her dress. She gave Lotta some samples and told her she’d do really well in the home business segment. Lotta laughed it off as an option for bored housewives or people without education. However, in the next five months, after research, learning, and lots of bravado, Lotta resigned from her other professions, and “it became one of the best decisions of my life; one that gave me freedom,” she says. For many years, I was chasing the life balance that many people speak about. 30 years ago, I met my husband, and we have two daughters aged 24 and 10. With great teamwork, a very supportive and understanding family, and time management at my end, it has been possible to find ways to manage. Laila El Gammal

Laila El Gammal Leading Businesswoman in the Men’s World of Textiles Globe Linkedin-in Laila El Gammal is to the world of textile business what Coco Chanel was to the world of fashion – Experimental, Courageous and very, very Classy. As the President of Nobeltex – a leading provider of textile machinery and accessories, air conditioning systems and fire protection systems, Laila’s products are much sought after in the market. G.I.E.S., Nobeltex and IEI are a family-owned group of companies that have been established through the years. Laila’s father had a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from L’ecole Centrale in Paris and was a pioneer in the textile spinning and weaving industry in Egypt. Post retirement in 1958, he started his own company G.I.E.S. specializing in commercial agencies of international textile machines manufacturers. Laila’s mother had a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Sorbonne in Paris now known as college Sorbonne but was not directly involved in the family business. As her father was her role model, she too studied engineering after graduating from her French school – Pensionnat de la Mere de Dieu, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Alexandria University in 1963, followed by a Master’s degree in the same field in 1968. Laila’s father believed that management was a man’s role, and was not keen that she joins his business. So, she started by working in the public sector, first in the bleaching and dyeing department of the National Spinning and Weaving company, then in the Research and Development Department of Misrayon company. She also taught Chemistry and Physics after her work hours to increase her income. Laila was granted a scholarship at Tashkent Textile Institute where she spent one year doing research on the effect of heat on polyester yarns. After almost 13 years in the public textile sector, Laila resigned from her job for personal reasons and decided to teach full time. When she told her father about it, he asked Laila to join him, thereby fulfilling a life-long dream. At this time, the business was suffering. But through sheer hard work and gritty dedication, Laila managed to save the family business, establish her own 2 companies Nobeltex and IEI, and transform the group into the biggest textile machinery agency in Egypt. Revealing how she achieved it, Laila says, “I believe in reliability, continuity and sustainability. I take only calculated risks, representing new unknown companies only after a trial period during which I evaluate them to ensure that they will not fail my customers who have put their trust in me. Though I don’t mind  trying different things, I normally stick to my own area of speciality, expanding in the same field.” Today, Nobeltex is well known as a premier supplier of textile machines and accessories throughout the Egyptian market and worldwide. “I am proud to say that representing some of the most prominent textile machinery manufacturers in the world has allowed me to supply machines to nearly all the mills in Egypt, both in the private and the public sector. These machines enabled customers to produce the best quality with the highest efficiency thus contributing to their personal economic success and growth,” says Laila. Laila’s resilient leadership has seen the company grow from strength to strength. Nobeltex has repeatedly been chosen as the best country agency by many suppliers over the years, often exceeding expected sales figures, and helping partners surpass their expectations too. On a personal note, Laila was honored with the prestigious Award for ‘Excellence in Business’ in 2007 and was invited to the World Bank as one of the leading ladies’ entrepreneurs of the MENA (Middle-East and North Africa) region in acknowledgement of her professional achievements. Yet, according to Laila, her biggest personal achievement has been preparing her daughter, Nayla El Tawil, to take over and continue the family business. “Despite working constantly, I always tried to give my children as much time as I could and give them both a proper upbringing as well as a good education (thanks to my mother, who always supported me). It was not easy, but looking at them now, I feel I have succeeded,” says the proud mother of three. Laila was driven by her will to succeed primarily because of the scepticism she faced. Speaking about those early days, she recalls, “Everybody said I would fail in an exclusively men’s business field but through patience, hard work, dedication, honesty and mutual respect, I managed to overcome the challenges and earn the respect and appreciation of my partners as well as the competition.” A graceful leader, what Laila does not mention is that she makes herself available 24/7 to all her business partners – customers, suppliers and employees. While she believes in surrounding herself with the best team, she does not hesitate to personally solve any problem that arises, regardless of who is responsible for it. Truly a woman of perseverance and panache!

Kristy-Ann Waugh

Kristy-Ann Waugh A Burst of Exuberance Facebook Linkedin-in We can either decide our lives or let life define itself for us. Kristy-Ann Waugh is amongst those blessed people when a life-defining moment birthed her calling. Raised in a white, middle-class, Australian family as the eldest of four children, herself, two sisters, and a brother, she considers herself fortunate to have received a private, catholic education, where she bloomed academically and athletically, receiving many awards and accolades during these formative years. After a collective career of 20 years in the Royal Australian Navy and the Corporate workforce, a situation forced Kristy-Ann to change paths, only to find eternal success. After carrying out a three-month deployment conducting surveillance activity in the Timor Sea with the Royal Australian Navy, Kristy-Ann and her colleagues were relieved and subsequently returned to their home port. She disembarked the ship a shadow of her former self. A severe chronic illness caused cachexia- weakness, and wasting of the body. By this time, she had lost fifteen kilograms, weighing a meager thirty-four kilograms upon disembarkation, prompting hospitalization with a prognosis of only twenty-four hours to live. A life-threatening diagnosis, and several cardiologists, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, hematologists, psychologists, nephrologists, dietitians, general practitioners, nutritionists, and psychiatrists attended to Kristy-Ann, who was still plummeting to an all-time low weight of twenty-nine kilograms. After a sevenmonth-long conflict with death, she finally got back to a restored self and returned to work only to be discharged as medically unfit for Naval service. This episode piqued her curiosity. “Human behavior, human potential, and the psychological sciences had always fascinated me. And this was the catalyst, the birth of my personal development journey. My passion for personal growth, development and transformational change was well and truly ignited.” Her husband’s diagnosis of clinical depression introduced Kristy-Ann to a newfound purpose in life- practicing coaching and therapy, him being an enormous source of inspiration. She finally transitioned full-time into her coaching and therapy practice @Kristy-AnnWaugh. “Through adversity came opportunity,” she says, embracing optimism. Through her forum, Kristy-Ann facilitates powerful, positive change in people’s lives. She empowers courageous individuals to break through limitations, fear, phobia, and trauma from the past (incl. unresourceful thoughts, patterns, and behaviors), enabling them to not only survive but to flourish in career, business and life. Over the years, she has earned several titles- master coach, speaker, therapist, founder, amazon’s #1 Best-selling author, education junkie, and alumni of the “University of Life.” Calling her business strategy “unique,” Kristy-Ann shares insights about it, “I have my zone of genius extensive knowledge, skills, qualifications, and certifications in coaching and therapy. However, it is my lived experience, my personal story that separates me in a saturated market, in a sea of sameness if you like.” She is so invested in her passion for helping others see the brighter side of life that sometimes she neglects her personal needs. But implementing a discipline and a sustainable work/life approach, she found a way to meet her needs. The buoyant woman believes that establishing a business appetite is key to success. “Success loves speed (and action!).” The COVID 19 Pandemic did have an initial impact on her business. However, she believes that there is a gift in everything. “The gift was an opportunity to demonstrate flexibility and agility.” The pandemic did not distress but instead empowered Kristy-Ann to transition the vast majority of her face-to-face coaching and therapy sessions and many training deliveries to online, which subsequently provided her with greater global reach. No wonder she says, “Crisis creates opportunity! Ask Kristy-Ann about her strengths, and in her own words, “Thinking about it makes my heart sing.” She is someone who embraces each day and encourages clients, students, audiences, viewers, and listeners alike to do the same, a spirit that sprouts from her awareness. “My top 5 Gallup Strengths are Achiever, Learner, Input, Maximizer, and Relator.” Twenty-eight degrees & certifications, seven memberships, five volunteering associations coupled with sports commingle in a magic box only to uncloak to the world a burst of exuberance, KristyAnn Waugh. Her inspiring mantras of success are like the lights at the end of a tunnel to many. They include- Desire to inspire, make a difference, say “I am possible,” you can figure everything out, it’s good to talk, express, don’t suppress, and communicate, don’t isolate.

Joyce Z. Wazirali

Joyce Z. Wazirali Global Specialist in Leadership Development and Cultural Change Globe Linkedin-in Afascinating heritage that spans from India to the Amazon and then the Netherlands, explains why Joyce Z. Wazirali excels in the role of a Cultural Change and Leadership Specialist. And now, as the Founder-CEO of Unity Conscious Leadership®, she has established a Global paradigm for inter-dependent growth and transformation. Recalling the day her destiny called, Joyce says, “One day, when I was exploring the enchanting orchard of my grandmother in Surinam, I became aware of the coherence of life; how all creatures are interdependently interconnected with each other. Since then, I can see the dynamics and patterns of interdependence in nature and between people. A lens that enables me to not only see the root cause and the required solutions to problems, but also the locked potential and opportunities for growth. Already at a young age I had vivid and predictive dreams and visions that actually manifested. The photo with the green celestial body is one of the mystical experiences. You can read the story in my book Unity Conscious Leadership™. Joyce’s great-grandparents were born in Bihar, India. She was born (the seventh of nine children) and raised in the Amazon in Surinam, South America, a melting pot with a diversity of nature and cultures. She moved to the Netherlands when she was 10 years old. Joyce began her career as a Clinical Chemical Analyst in a hospital. At the age of 23, she became Director and one of two Co-founders of a successful company in business services which grew to 80 staff members in 13 years. In the succeeding six years, she was Chair of the audit committee on a supervisory board for 600 general practitioners. However, she often found herself circling back to a dream in 2011: “I had a vivid dream where I met Shakyamuni Buddha in a forest. He invited me to look into the world through his inner-eye. I followed his instructions, and I saw Paradise. I felt absolute happiness and dynamic peace. I realized that we can make our Earth a peaceful Paradise. Since that day, my mission was born: To contribute to health, happiness and peace in the world,” she reveals. Joyce aims to fulfill her dream through the lens of Unity Conscious Leadership®, a new paradigm of leadership to transcend Duality or Polarization (the root-cause of crisis and conflicts) and grow to Unity (dynamic world peace). Individuals, business leaders, teachers, parents, caregivers, board members, celebrities, influential people, politicians, government employees and world leaders can all benefit from it. In addition to being an Entrepreneur and Coach, Joyce is also a Speaker, Author and Trainer of international calibre. Speaking about the passion that drives her, Joyce says, “During 35 years of working, I discovered that health, happiness and peace are the deep-rooted human values people are longing for. Without these values, people are suffering in various ways. The current situation has been created for centuries by our ancestors and society. Looking at themselves and their world through the lens of Dualism. Communicating in a language of opposites such as: good and bad, black and white, war and peace. Relationships and situations are getting more toxic and people get trapped in patterns of constant conflict with each other. In reality we are living in Unity. Unity Conscious Leadership® is the key to sustainably break these patterns and transcend differences.” A mother to a son and daughter, Joyce has a strategy in life and business. She’s a visionary, innovator and manifestor, and observes herself and her business by: 1. Looking into the world with the awareness that we all are interconnected, interdependent and influencing each other continuously. 2. Using her outer world as a mirror for her inner. 3. In order to change her environment, searching for answers and solutions in herself. These are also her three key points to achieve growth, development and success, which have guided her well. For 35 years, she has successfully guided more than 1,000 individuals and CEOs to convert crisis and adversity into growth; Made her living environment (3,500 inhabitants) safe and peaceful so that vandalism and burglaries are reduced to zero; At her children’s primary school, she converted the unsafe situation of decades into a safe one. She also amalgamated all her expertise in a wonderful book – ‘Unity Conscious Leadership™’. After all, “From experience, I have discovered that the key to building a strong economy revolves around healthy and harmonious relationships,” sums up Joyce.

Isabelle Nuessli

Isabelle Nuessli International Leadership Coach and Best-Selling Author Globe Linkedin-in Isabelle Nuessli was born to business leadership. She grew up in a 600 year old flour mill near Zurich, Switzerland, into a 5-generation family business. From a young age, she was inspired by engaging with people and growing businesses. In time, Isabelle worked, lived and studied abroad, so much so that she calls herself an international citizen. “I consider myself lucky to have had diverse, unusual and also painful business experiences, which included being a young chairperson at the helm of an international company. They involved leading through the heights but also through change and crisis,” she shares. As a leadership coach and author, Isabelle brought all these experiences together to help others navigate change and future-proof their business. Speaking about the start of her journey, she says, “I have always wondered what drives people, especially in leadership. As I spoke with others, I learned that most of them had experienced leadership turmoil but never dared to speak about it.” This is when it clicked: The combination of personal experiences with the one of others, mixed with learning from business, law and social science studies, allowed Isabelle to investigate, understand and simplify the complexity of organisational and relational dynamics and explain them in books and ‘coachsulting’ work. After building her own coaching platform, Isabelle co-founded the ‘Responsible Leadership Institute’, an international training and education platform. What makes the Responsible Leadership Institute’s approach unique is its focus on holistic, people-centric and integrated solutions while aiming at improving clients’ and partners’ ‘triple bottom line’ (‘people, planet, profit’), adding ‘self-improvement’ to make it the ‘quadruple bottom line’. Isabelle’s unusual, diverse and rich background helps her relate with clients and tackle almost any issue at hand. The passion that drives Isabelle at a deeper level is to make a lasting, positive impact in people’s lives: “I have come a long way in my own personal and professional development and I would like others to experience the same. Humour is a key ingredient, which includes not always taking oneself too seriously.” How do you define a perfect work-life balance?. “Confucius said, ‘Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. The key is balancing action and reflection. I try to find a balance between activities that engage my mind (coaching, researching, writing), those that help order my thoughts (sports) and others that take my mind off (being in nature and with family, friends and other inspiring people),” answers Isabelle. How did she navigate the Covid storm? “During the pandemic, my platforms have increased multi-fold and all new business came from word-of-mouth. Pain and pressure points have pushed individuals and businesses to look for support. My team and I have frequently offered free coaching services to those in need, around the world,” reveals Isabelle An inspiration to many, Isabelle has been selected as a role model @Rolemodel Rebels – an international, cross-professional platform connecting women with learning resources, coaching opportunities and networks. For years and until recently she was the world’s youngest member of the CEO Chief Executives Organization and has a unique international network that she has built over decades. Dozens of testimonials, feedback and expressed gratitude by clients are proof of her exemplary leadership. In addition, Isabelle has three master’s degrees from distinguished universities and business schools and is a former Swiss state junior champion in tennis. Yet, one of Isabelle’s most impactful achievements has been her two Amazon best-seller business books reaching #1 in multiple categories. Speaking about her popular publications, she says, “The world needs responsible leadership, now more than ever – in all areas. My books show why many processes are a flawed safety net, and how we can learn to navigate change. These guidebooks are companions for any leader who wants to unpack their full potential and for owners, boards, CEOs and recruiters to understand what true leaders are made of. If I can help one individual that influences another one (or 20,000), think of the ripple effect.” What message does Isabelle have for our readers? Quoting Gerard Way, she says, “One day, your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure it’s worth watching”. She goes on to add, “The future has a way of arriving unannounced. Steve Jobs said that dots can’t be connected in advance. True. Yet dissatisfaction is not rooted in past experiences, but in how we handle them. You alone control your personal balance sheet. Also, sometimes you need to take a step back to see that you’re moving forward and in the right direction. Check and, if necessary, realign your compass.”

Ilham N Musayev

Ilham N Musayev Multiskilled Business Mentor and Coach Facebook Instagram Ilham Musayev has achieved what most men only dream of.. In addition to being an Energy sector expert for more than two decades, he is also an Award-winning Business Mentor and Professional Coach! ‘Ilham’ in Arabic means Inspiration, and he feels that this hidden but attached value is what drives him to support people in areas of personal effectiveness, becoming organized, and structured and personal development. Based in Baku, Azerbaijan, Ilham attended a Coaching and Leadership conference in 2019 that sparked his desire to become a professional coach. “I feel there is something internally in me, which I can share with people and push them to become their better versions. I have been mentoring people on a voluntary and free of charge basis since years,” he says. Besides mentoring, Ilham also pursued the path of professional coaching and completed a two-month Life Coaching program. However, he thought he needed more to be a professional coach and thus became an ICF ACC accredited professional coach and ICF Member. “Through professional coaching, I want to enable people to unlock their hidden potential. That in turn will open many doors to them professionally, personally and of course financially. People cannot start businesses they dream about or make their other dreams come true because they are stuck somewhere in their mind. Helping them to find their own answers will turn them into profit centers or confident people who can influence businesses or people,” shares Ilham. Speaking about his passion for coaching, he quotes Sir Ken Robinson – ‘We live in two worlds: the world within us and the world around us’. Ilham’s always looking for a sense of balance in life… Balance as a family, role at work, and his own self. This usually comes down to time and relationships that connect with others in those roles. “I love interacting with people, realizing the hero within, and how they can transform their lives into a gorgeous one. I want to inspire people, especially the young generation, to follow their dreams no matter what. I just want to radiate happiness, prosperity and tranquility to everyone I encounter because life is what you make of it,” tells us Ilham, whose mission is to ‘Aspire to inspire, before we expire’. Ilham is married with two kids Guler and Enver, who are at University. He spends an enormous amount of time for self-development and believes it is where he gets his energy. “Being focused on my goals helped me get there. Even small steps or slow pace is much better than none at all. Also, asking for help and learning from others who succeeded was critical,” says Ilham, who’s just as quick to list his shortcomings: “Some areas where I could be doing better were allocation of time and committing to several priorities at the same time. My intentions were positive, however trying to manage several ‘projects’ at the same time landed negatively on my health. It is always important to ask the question ‘What really matters?’ and move ahead from that perspective. Whatever is not important is an energy drainer and may lead to unpleasant habits.” This realization led Ilham to start using the Personal Agility System and helped him maintain maximum potential balance. Now, he is a Recognized Ambassador – he coaches and trains people in this area. He also holds several agile/agility related accreditations like PSM I, PAL I, PSPO I, by Scrum.org. In addition, he has an ICP-Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC) and ICP-Agile Team Facilitator by International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). “Sometimes you have to work hard and smart, but that costs you time with family and personal matters. On the other hand, spending time with family and on personal issues helps you to obtain assurance that all what you do, you do to have a quality time for personal life. It is all about keeping the balance and that’s what keeps me on the go,” says Ilham. Ilham was awarded the Brainz Crea Global Award 2021 as an Executive contributor in recognition of creative and innovative ideas and contribution. Speaking about how he beat the pandemic professionally, he says, “The pandemic pushed digital progress and development for many years. I got connected to most of the world during the pandemic, especially my peer coaches. I went through a couple of key training programs which boosted my skills and knowledge. I learned how to survive and adapt to unstable working conditions. Most importantly, I learned that people and human factors cannot be ignored, and we must be empathetic in our virtual interactions, and value the gift of face to face conversations we used to neglect.”
